1.1- Choose service support and guarantees.
1.2- Contact email.
1.3- Order reference (ticket-invoice number and date)
1.4- Attach images (ticket-invoice) (problem-doubt to consult)
1.5- Message, detail of what happens
2nd - In case you are under warranty NOT sold in OWNICE SPAIN or without of warranty: You will be charged € 38 + VAT for labor.
3º- We will give you an Rma number, and shipping address.
4º- In a term of 3-5 working days we will give you a diagnosis.
In case it is under warranty and has been sold in OWNICE ESPAÑA 100% guarantee without costs (only shipping costs).
In case the product, once tested, works correctly. The cost of work done to see the correct operation of the product will be € 20 + I.V.A. (Shipping, return shipping included)
If the product is damaged, out of warranty and in case of not accepting the repair budget, the diagnostic cost will be 15 € + I.V.A.
